Genevieve Copland is an accredited Clinical Nutritionist. Genevieve completed a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Medicine at Endeavour College Perth, and is now undertaking her Masters in Nutrition at Deakin University.
Genevieve is also a qualified chef with a history of good food, cooking in commercial kitchens from age 15, and receiving The Sydney Morning Herald, Good Food Guide, Chef Hat Award five times during her career as a chef, opening and co-owning her own restaurant, Bonne Femme in Sydney.
Equipped with these experiences, Genevieve Copland Food & Nutrition has a zealous and enthusiastic approach to eating, food should be both nutritionally sound and appealing to the taste buds. Her services also include one on one cooking tuition, for those who need confidence building in the kitchen, or require a specialised dietary plan.
Genevieve also contributes to her local community facilitating cooking classes for not for profit charities, The City of Swan Kid’s Cooking Classes and Ozharvest Cooking for a Cause WA.
